ITrade FX Market follows a robust KYC verification process for both types of clients – individuals and organizations, in compliance with local and international AML/CTF regulations. Different verification measures will apply to individual clients who trade only crypto and corporate clients who trade both crypto and fiat upon request from the Company. The customer should provide additional documents and additional information. Transaction tracking
ITrade FX Market checks the reputation of customer banks. Geographic Location and License Customers are allowed to declare only one bank account for transactions. and all deposits and withdrawals will be permitted from/to the declared account only. The company performs real-time transaction verification. In case there is evidence or signs of suspicious transactions on the customer’s account. Adding cash or crypto from unreliable sources and/or any acts of a fraudulent nature, the Company reserves the right to conduct an internal investigation. to block or close customer trades any room or account Cancel any payment or trading order. and suspend operations on the account

AML Screening/Sanctions
The ITrade FX market is protected from participation in money laundering and terrorism through the screening of all clients. The Company also has an overall obligation to maintain adequate and current information regarding the beneficial ownership of its customers. and conduct regular audits of customers and customer activities.

The Company does not provide its services to persons located in jurisdictions identified by the EU and FATF as high-risk, non-cooperative jurisdictions with strategic AML/CFT deficiencies, according to the official list.
